The King Room was clean and offered a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. I encountered issues with a broken TV and some missing toiletries. The front desk staff was welcoming and the location is handy for local attractions.

Noise from the main road in the morning requires attention!!! Consider upgrading outdated furniture and fixing the bathtub faucet before more guests notice!!! Security is lacking with broken entry systems!!! The parking lot is often full, causing issues!!!

Check-in went smoothly. The front desk staff were polite and cute. My room was clean upon arrival. The bed felt comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep. The room had an overwhelming odor, made it hard to relax. The TV was not functioning, disappointing, and attempts to reach the front desk from my room failed because the phone didn't work either. I had to venture down to get assistance. A few amenities were missing, like toiletries that ought to be standard. I appreciated that the hotel is conveniently located near my family, but the technical issues did put a damper on my stay. Next time, I hope these problems get fixed for a better experience.

Convenient Location Near Sports Fields

The hotel was just 3 minutes away from our softball field. The amenities left something to be desired, particularly the breakfast and the condition of the room.

Great hotel with strong wi-fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. I remember how helpful the staff was with currency exchange recommendations during my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday.
